Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all archival dividers and lids are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
